I'm with borris on this one let's not start making laws and banning
things that the majority of people who conduct themselves in this
manner do so in their full complete volition. Knowing the risks and
certainly chosing how much to drink and how quickly. I have never seen
anyone forcable press ganged into either partaking or drinking a
dangerous ammount at these games. I could have at any point stood up
and said I think that's enough for me boys and gone to bed - as could
young mr britton. Let's not overlook what was a tragic accident by any
means but let's remember that it was indeed an accident nobody to my
knowledge forced a tube down this boys throat.

To attempt to prohibit this is to limit the many as punishment for the
irresponsibilty of the few.
