iPhone UK Launch
So Steve is in London, as is everyone's mate Phil. The O2 store went down, so I called my special number...

I've just been told by O2 that I don't need to disconnect (Which was one theory). No idea on pricing. Carphone Warehouse are doing the selling. People the Jesus Phone is here.

technosailor-self-importance-test
Fine so I found this via Mr. Mullenweg's blog. Where ironically after completing the assessment Matt was told he wasn't Matt. I however am Matt.
I don't own a blackberry (Although that might change soon'ish)
I have lots of meetings, although I'm not to sure I shout about them
I didn't cue for an iPhone (But only because they're not out in the UK yet.)
I use a mac
I don't have any affiliation to baseball, and the SF Giants who I watched when I was in the states were not on the list. So I picked both and still got the same answer.
I make my own coffee, but I sometimes buy Starbucks with my bucks card - but it's not part of my daily routine.
I frequent both "Irish pubs" (Or just pubs as we call them) and Dive Bars
I don't subscribe to my own vanity search rss feed
I do twitter but less than 25 times a day
I don't have a show on the internets, we did once try and make a restaurant podcast but it didn't get anywhere. (You can still see the start of the site at Farevoice.com
Finally I love free stuff (Feel free to send me some swag) and I do won my own name domain name
Which gives me the result of being Matt...
You are most like Matt Mullenweg. Though you recognize your authority, you do not relish the idea of using your power too aggressively. Instead, you rely on peers a lot. You do participate in the social media world, but it is not something that occupies a lot of time. You most likey devote yourself to projects that you feel passionate about and tend to evangelize those things quite a bit.
(Although they spelt likely incorrectly...tee hee)

Network fun.
OK So we're running some electronic assessments today - until 1) at about 2300 last night something went bang in the server room and we lost the internet - I mean the plebs were beside themselves... and I couldn't even check facebook.
When we get into work this AM we order a service call and actually the first run of
Overall not a dull day.

Nurofen...
I've been getting ancsty recently then I figured out why, I havn't blogged properly in ages. I've been ridiculously busy and stressed at work. Plus I've got a massive infection under a problem tooth which I can either fix with £600 root canal treatment or an extraction. As well or maybe because of this my left gland in my neck is HUGE. So I eventually caved and took some pain relief - which I don't like to do often.
However when I do I love nurofen liquid capsules. Little gems that I discovered when I had a rowing injury a few years back. I've always just dropped two and then repeated every 6 hours. Well I couldn't remember today how often I can repeat, so I google'd as you do. Found this which gives a decent write on the drug but does point out that you're supposed to take one... not two... no wonder they've always completely sorted out my pain. Not sure it is that healthy for my liver though... It'l ll be all right in the morning as mother says.
