Despite my critique to a minister of the state last week about the sheer ineptitude of most large scale IT proects, which was met with a "Well we do lots of piloting" it appears that e-commerce if nothing else is having an effect on the way people post their ballots. I reckon this wasn't quite what we're supposed to do with our universal suffrage.
