SEC Block Spam Stock Trades

Here is an intelligent way to combat that damn penny stock spam that keeps getting through. It shouldn't stop there... do it twice and the fine should be a months suspension.

Especially if you can find that the companies themselves were complicit in the spam, de list the bastards.
