Keychain password analysis of old and current passwords

I was discussing with a colleague the need for a new password on the admin account. Whilst tossing a few ideas around I decided to wield the power of the mac keychain and as it for suggestions as well as compute the relative strength of some of ours, including the current password.

Apparently this is a suggestion / default in some MS training kit,


An old password at an old place of work,


Another old password on an admin account,


The current password for the admin user,


A suggestion of a memorable password from keychain... no I've not used it anywhere so don't bother trying,
